Bye. Bye. Hey, y'all. It's me, Tara Strong, a.k.a. Miss Minutes for Bama Geeks. I hope you're ready to watch, and if you don't, I will have to prune you. Stay on your sacred timeline. Hey, happy Sunday. Hope you're doing well. Hello. Tara Strong says stay on your sacred timeline, and that's something that we can't do. It's been a month. Yeah, we just hit the pause button. Yeah, we took the last time we were supposed to be there, or be here, we took that weekend off. Hey, Darnay, how are you, buddy? Howdy, howdy, howdy. Good to see you, my man. Howdy, howdy, howdy. Let me guess, the thumbnail drew you into the string tonight. That's right. Yes. That's right. We will not lie. It is clickbait. gotcha you're supposed to wait until our algorithms can kick in and let them you know show you youtube that we've got some people talking before you give that away now they're gonna leave yeah No, we, we thank you for being with us tonight. We're the Bama geeks. I'm Brock. That's Jess. And then Kevin and Bo, uh, we're thrilled to have you here tonight. It has been a month since we last saw you. Uh, we apologize. We just, we needed a break for that one. That one, uh, specific, uh, specific time. Darn. He says he is hooked. Thank you for being hooked on the clickbait. Uh, So truth be told, we couldn't think of what topics we wanted to talk about tonight. So we threw a clickbait thumbnail and title up there in the hopes that it would get somebody in. And then just join us in the chat. Just shoot the breeze with us tonight. It's a front porch banter episode. Let's sit around and chat. We just wanted to catch up with you guys. You know, that's all it was. That's all it was. So if you're new to the stream, we're the Bama Geeks. We're four friends, lifelong friends, who have been talking about pop culture and geek stuff in Alabama, related to Alabama for the longest time. And we talk amongst ourselves. We figured, why not bring it to the masses? Yeah. Yeah, here we are. Yeah. So if you want to learn more about us, just hit up BamaGeeks.com. That's the website. Social media at Bama Geeks. If you want to join our Facebook group, the Bama Geeks Front Porch, then just search for that. We'll let you in there. And of course, especially since he's in here, thank you so much to Darnay and Jack and Mike and Jamie. We've been doing this for five years. These guys have been our ride or dies ever since. And we appreciate that. You can check out BamaGeeks.com to find out how you can support the podcast should you choose to do it. These lovely folks are our Patreon members who have been with us forever and ever. And ever and ever. Forever and ever. Forever and ever. Forever? So Darnay says, I get to see y'all in less time than y'all took off. Absolutely. It's going to be quick. Are we there yet? Not quite, but we're getting close. We're getting very close. You can hear the music already, right? Oh, boy. Hear that filk. And answer questions about the art show that's right next door. Does it open? Yeah, when does it open? So if you're wondering what the heck we're talking about, DragonCon is in less than a month. And the fan table, we're always with the Ghostbusters fan table there at DragonCon. And they stick us with the filk music. Um, and they stick us right outside the art entrance. And so we are the, we're the information table, basically. You know how you can make you, I can counter that. How's that? Just put Thunder busters on a loop. we need bigger speakers yeah seriously bigger speakers yeah you know it is obnoxiously loud it's i love dragon con i've been going every every year since and love it love everybody i hate where they put us it's uh it's annoying it it really ruins wanting to sit around and talk to my friends so we need to find another gathering spot away from the the table But you know, I have been going back through some stuff on my phone and I was just reminded of the, the beautifully organic happening that happened last year at dragon con with newspaper. Yeah. That was oddness. Yeah. We, we started one of the odd, small, odd con cults. We started a cult last year. Let's see what this, what happens this year. So it's going to be something filth related, right? Oh, Darnay says I'm starting the vitamin C overload. Now I'm not getting sick while I'm there again this year. Yeah. I can get sick. Absolutely. Knock on wood. I have been very fortunate. I never got the con crud. Yeah. We've been lucky now to be the year. Of course, we get to, we get to go to, we always just always get to follow up, you know, Dragon Con with a beach trip there afterwards. So we have a nice week of recovery and, you know, I get to just lay around. Well, yeah. I work. Yeah. I get to lay in bed for most of the week. So it's, it's perfect. Yeah. Go sit down on the beach, read a book, you know. Darn. He says, I'm still beyond bummed that I missed that. The paper hats, not the concrete. He got the concrete. Oh yeah. Yeah. Oh, but we're, we're excited for dragon con. We're looking forward to it. Um, uh, I may have put together something new this year for the first time in ages. Hmm. yeah yeah i'm not saying a word about it you'll just see it when we get there okay it's not that spectacular but it's different at least yeah something different for you yeah absolutely i was looking back through my facebook memories the other day and it has been eight years since we debuted your aerial uh ghostbusters mashup yeah that was the last thing i've worked on last custom costume for dragon con i've worked on eight years ago It made me think, since you brought up Ariel, we have a new coworker with me, and she's big on The Little Mermaid as well. She's a big Disney person like you. I got to bond over and talk to her about a lot of the stuff you're doing and explain your enthusiasm into it, and I showed her a couple of your pictures of your poster and stuff. I meant to bring that up and tell you about that earlier. Oh, cool. The only reason why I know is she has a big drinking cup and had like, fifty Ariel stickers on her. I've got to get a picture to show you so you can appreciate them. Uh, direct her to, oh my gosh, I don't want to get this wrong. Um, Oh, she needs more mermaid fight club. Yeah. Yeah. What happens there? We don't talk about it. That's right. I want to give this gentleman a shout out since you brought that up with aerial stickers. i'm looking right now uh where is he hang on he's on instagram okay um Where? Okay. Mr. H Sticker Shop. Okay. Mr. H Sticker Shop. Mr. H Sticker Shop. I want to, of course, you can't see that well. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yes. Yeah. The handle is MRH Sticker Shop. He is a gentleman named Ryan. He is local to the Tuscaloosa Birmingham area. Okay. And we've got several of his stickers. I've got several of his stickers and he's a, he's a follower of the podcast. Oh, that's wonderful. He is incredible. I wish I had some of the stickers handy, but I've got them on stuff and I don't have it, but that's all good. He does some great little mermaid stickers. Lots of, lots of star war stickers. Um, yeah, big, big Disney guy. So, uh, pointing her to his direction. Stickers. Okay. MRH sticker shop. Mr. H yeah. Support your small businesses. Absolutely. Yeah. Just like our buddy, Johnny ruckus, who designed this great filmmation Ghostbusters, a t-shirt, uh, ruckus teas.com. He won't see this on Facebook. Poor guy. While we're plugging small businesses, I'm going to plug sweet South cakes because they do an awesome job with cakes. They're in the Birmingham area as well. Yeah. So it's a small business plug right here. Yeah. We just, we just turned into, we got nothing to talk about. So let's just shield for everybody. Hey, you never know. You never know. Kevin, you got anybody you'd like to support? I'm looking her up. Since we got a hodgepodge of things, it's not really small business, but there's some way. But hey, I saw where our governor helped entice Sister Schubert to maybe possibly get the sausage rolls back coming soon. We did see that today. We talked about that. Yeah. And I told, I told Brock, I was like, but where, I mean, we're not eating sausage anymore in this household. Well, I will make an exception. I mean, sister Schubert rolls are hard to say no to no matter. They are. They are. That's true. Yeah. They are. They are. Well, they have connect a sausage in them. That's the whole thing. Oh, you didn't tell me that. No, I said, will they? Oh, will they? Okay. I thought you said, okay. You're dyslexic. I did not say they will. Okay. My bad. Sometime last year, another company made some sausage rolls with Kinect in, and I can't remember it. I'd like to know who. You can get Kaneka sausage hot dogs right now at Jack's for two dollars. That's right. Well, you can take Sister Schubert rolls and Kaneka sausage and just make your own. Sister Schubert. Sister Schubert. They are frozen pre-made rolls, but they are wonderful. They're amazing. And so now they're putting sausage back in them. Governor Meemaw says so. Right between her mint juleps. I will go ahead and shill a Facebook page, Alabama Department of Memes. They are fantastic. They did remind us today that it's still safer to eat golden eagle syrup in a homemade biscuit than it is a salad. I saw that earlier today. I was having a discussion with my wife the other day. they're always talking about like, you know, um, Twinkies and roaches are going to survive the apocalypse. I'm pretty sure Twinkies won't, but golden Eagle syrup will, it will be encased in it. Like Amber. Yeah. Yeah. You see them chipping away like you drive to the park. You see them chipping away. But that was Golden Eagle syrup. That wasn't amber. It was Golden Eagle syrup. You know, for as often as we talk about Golden Eagle on here, somebody point them to us. Or Conecuh sausage. Or Conecuh. We'd love to have a homegrown sponsorship on this thing. Yeah. Heck yeah. I would gladly dip my Kaneka sausage in Golden Eagle syrup and try to get the type three, I guess. I don't know. Wait, no, here you go. You take the Kaneka sausage, you put it inside a Sister Schubert roll and dip that in the Golden Eagle syrup. See, look, there we go. We got to get Barber's ice cream in it too, right? Well, Barber's is no more. Yeah, Barber's is no more now. That's true. Yeah. I miss Barber's. I hope my cardiologist doesn't listen to us. Just because we talk about it, cardiologist, doesn't mean that he's doing it. That's right. I just put it to my tongue. I didn't eat it. Just remember all the weight that I've lost over the last few months. This is a man that now has to go to a barbecue restaurant and opt for either the chicken or the turkey. And that's fine. I still get the barbecue sauce. Smoked turkey is amazing. That's what I had today for lunch at Jim and Nick's. We went to a restaurant I'd never been to before in Coleman today called Puckett's. Oh, there's one of those in Chattanooga. Yeah. It's very good. Yeah, they have one. It's right next door to Cracker Barrel in Coleman. Folks don't know it has the superchargers behind it at Cracker Barrel there. So you can go to Cracker Barrel. Of course, we went in there and saw the store, right? But we went next door because they don't have any Cracker Barrel. Cracker Bros, Cracker Bros. As we went next door and tried this place, they've got some great stuff. My gosh, you should definitely, if you're ever around and they want to try one and you see it, definitely give them a shot. They're really, really good. Is it Southern food? Yeah, Southern barbecue. The wife had a smoked turkey. that was really, really good. They had a chicken fried chicken. I don't remember how they said it. It was okay. It was pretty good. But then I got a piece of her stuff and I was like, that's what I should have got. Because hers was so much better. It was almost like It was so well seasoned. It smoked. It almost felt like it was fake smoke. I was like, no, this is real. Whenever you get it in your mouth, you can feel the smoke. It was so good. I visited the one in Chattanooga. It was really good. I don't drink as nowhere near much as I did, but I'd have a good draft beer. They had a moon pie stout there that I got that was very good. What? Wow. Oh, man. See, this is the kind of stuff that makes, like, I would totally fall off the wagon. Oh, I know. And then weight loss. I mean, you know, Brock is shrinking. I'm shrinking. I know you're, Bo, you're shrinking. Last time, I've lost about eight pounds since the last time I weighed myself. Oh, congratulations, man. Yeah, I'm doing good. I finally got my appetite under control. That was the biggest thing. Yeah. Yeah, that's the hardest part. It's that food noise and the appetite control. That's the hard part. Mm-hmm. I'm getting like where Brock is. Like I eat something that I'm like, I do not want to eat anything else for the next twenty to four to thirty six hours. It's what you can be like. You can just push it away and go. I'm good. Yeah, I'm good. Yeah, I'm full. Hey, you get one meal and you can make two meals out of it. Yeah. Oh, yeah. That's one thing Brock's learn in this economy. It helps make that dollar stretch. Exactly. You see who's peeking out back there. Yeah. The disembodied head of Spider-Man. So we've discovered before we started recording that we're living in a bizarro world at the moment. Yes, very bizarre. Usually Brock and myself and Kevin have been out to see new movies as soon as they get released. And Bo either is later behind us or comes out on streaming. And we are here to say that Brock, myself, and Kevin have not seen Spider-Man yet, but Bo has. Twice. Twice. We haven't even seen it once yet. But it's well worth seeing. That's what I hear. It is the most I've enjoyed a Marvel movie in the theater. I haven't been to many recently, but it's the most I've enjoyed a Marvel movie in a very, very long time. well that's that's what i'm better than quantumania you know yeah yeah the biggest thing about it is there's big things happening it's the best thing you did there's big things happening but it still feels scaled down like it isn't oh the entire galaxy is going to be destroyed if this doesn't happen or this you know there's there's big applications later down the road but it is very it's It's still your friendly neighborhood spot. Exactly. And also, I'll save you for people. This is still not him moping for the loss of Tony. So there's other things happening to Peter. There's a lot of good things. So we've moved on. We've moved on from that. This will be one thing, spoiler, I give for you. I don't remember. I don't think there's one mention of him in the whole entire movie. Okay. Wow. Well, yeah, because he's Dr. Doom now. Yeah. But I will tell you, like I said, the trailers have given this away. You know, Frank Castle, the Punisher is in it. Yeah. Which if you've watched John Benfield's Punisher, absolutely wonderful. He's not in it a lot, but he's in it to play his part. And once again, wonderful. Of course, Bruce Banner has his spots. Good. And then Sadie Sink's character, um hopefully hopefully y'all have not been spoiled no no good not a thing yeah we haven't seen yet but it's it's there's a lot of big implications coming the only the only reference to any other movie that's that's any required that kind of something like thunderbolts may have something kind of kind of it has a little involvement nothing big so okay all right it's new avengers man come on Well, that's okay. As I say, yeah. But it's very good. They had the asterisk at the end of it, remember? And then they changed the name of it after the loss. They said that in social media. Yeah. But yeah, definitely Spider-Man, if you can't see it in a theater, do it because there's a lot of good visuals. Especially, it's very akin to the Raimi Spider-Man swinging sequences. No way. Okay. They finally opened it up in IMAX formatting. Because the Odyssey has been in IMAX. It's visually beautiful. It's a great movie. And that's what... We were laughing about before we started recording our members episode earlier tonight was both like you've got the Spider-Man head, but you didn't see the didn't see the movie. This is the popcorn bucket because we have. We have not seen the theater. We frequent Patton Creek and Hoover for IMAX movies. We have not seen the parking lot that full of since, uh, Avengers end game. Yeah. It's, it's, it was stupid between the Odyssey and Spider-Man. Uh, we went, we went that Friday night, um, We could, we couldn't get tickets. We could have gotten tickets to Spider-Man, but we're not going to sit on the very front row. Yeah. Um, that's all really that was available. And they weren't even having an IMAX showing yet. Yeah. Yeah. Not even an IMAX. So between the Odyssey and, um, and Spider-Man, we were like, let's go see Toy Story five. Nobody's in that theater. And so we saw Toy Story five and then I didn't even know that they were coming out with these popcorn buckets and I saw them up there and I'm like, birthday money. So that this was a birthday gift to myself. And I'm glad we did because by the time we left the theater, they were all gone, sold out. And so, and just in case you're wondering why it was, why we ended up choosing Toy Story five is because, you know, if you're AMC, you get free popcorn and free drink. And we realized that we were about to run out for Brock's birthday month. So yeah, I had to get it that night first. well if you know jess you're not going to deny that woman popcorn of course so like okay we've got to go see it friday night that's the last night i can cash these things in what's available there was nobody in toy story five so we were like we're going to go see that which was actually it was great pretty good i heard it made up for four yeah it was really good really really good it did i haven't seen either one of them so Yeah, four was eh. Five made up for it. Five was really good. I really enjoyed five. Yeah. So we enjoyed it. You know, good little popcorn, you know. But you were talking about seeing the movie theater crowded. Like, it's good. I think we've kind of may have reached that funk where making things people want to see at the theater. I think that may be happening. Yeah, because we just, you know, we didn't really think about it. And then we pulled into the theater and We had to park around the backside of the theater. There were no parking spots. There was only a few even on the backside of the theater. It was crazy. In that lobby? Just to prove that everybody has stopped going to the theaters, Jess and I still subscribe to AMC A-List, the four movies a week. We walked in and the concession line, if you know AMC, they've got a separate line for A-list members and they've got a regular concession line. That regular concession line was wrapped through the lobby and down the hallways. Nobody, not a single solitary soul in the A-list line except Jess and I, and we're like, Okay. All right, Scrooge McDuck, did you guys wear your monocles while you were there? Speaking of Scrooge, there is a trailer that was before Spider-Man where apparently we have Johnny Depp playing Scrooge. Ebenezer looks very fun. Did you see he showed up at San Diego Comic-Con dressed up and was messing with people? That was awesome. And he was interacting with people who were dressed up as his characters from previous movies. Oh, that's wonderful. I need to find that video. Jack Sparrow. Yeah, it was great. Somebody even had the like Willy Wonka and then the Alice in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter. Yeah, it was good. Yeah. yeah but no like i said it made me happy to see that like i said like i said spider-man very much once again back onto it but maybe think maybe flip the script here and see a movie that y'all have all seen that i finally caught up to it but that's because we listened to the audiobook going back and forth in new orleans but uh watch project hail mary finally Which is a wonderful, wonderful movie. It is so wonderful. Actually, the movie does it justice. It really does. There's a few things they overlooked, which I'm okay with, but the book was great. The book was really good. I'm hoping with us going to DragonCon soon in the Robot Alley, I'm hoping to see many Rockies. I know a couple people are planning to build them. I will tell you, Beau... another one you need to get into is dungeon crawler carl because you're going to see so oh no she's been listening to the audiobooks and she's giving me the breakdown so i'm like second hand listen aware of things so i'm aware of stuff i may not know it as well but i'm aware of it yeah that's i've already seen people that's going to be one of the big things at dragon con and then of course let's see how many you know hr skeletors and jim bros it's going to be insane that dragon con this year um We watched that again since we had time, and it was just as good the second time as it was the first time. Now, we got to revisit Project Hail Mary a couple weekends ago when Brock's son was here. I noticed, I was like, and it's been out for a while, but I just happened to realize, just searching for stuff, and I was like, oh, this is already out. We can watch this night. It'll be our movie night. It's a good feel-good movie. There's a dire situation. The whole time you're watching it, you feel hopeful. It's a good feel-good watch. Yeah. It surprised me because I knew nothing about it going into it when we saw it in the theater, other than everybody was saying, hey, you got to go watch this movie. And I was like, OK, it's another. Oh, there's a you know, there's something we got to go to space and we got to save Earth kind of thing. But. yeah it caught me by surprise especially i didn't know i could feel so emotional for a alien rock in my life darney it's on if you have amazon prime watch it now it is a wonderful movie yeah i got to circle back now i got to watch the martian because i remember i i stepped you hadn't seen the martian yet no i didn't either the other coolest i was about to mention that um was um you know the martian i was afraid that i was going to go in and watch uh project elmeri and be like okay now this is gonna surpass martian as one of my feel-good movies it doesn't it's two different yeah two different feels for me so i can still watch both of them and still feel great about it you know the martian is different enough to where uh in scope that um you know probably and honestly i'll be honest with you project elmeri is great but i will still go back and watch the martian more okay Okay. I mean, I would watch it as a Mary multiple times. So I'm looking forward now. I don't believe so. No, they're too. No, it's the same author wrote the book, right? That's all. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. One of the best things about this author is if you read the book or listen to the audio book, um, is just his level of accuracy and detail on everything. He, he researches everything, gets everything exactly right because he knows people are going to call him on it. And that was one of the reasons that, that the Martian was so beloved was because, because it was so accurate, it felt like it could really happen. It didn't feel like you were just giving him AI generated crap or something, you know, you felt like it was real and you felt like you were right there with him. And project Elmeri is very much the same, even though it's based on science. We don't even understand yet, but he took, he took everything that he could surface with what we know of so far, and then just filled in the gaps as intelligently as he could. Yeah. Does the other Weir, Andy Weir, I almost called him Anthony, but Andy Weir, does he have a science background? Is he a scientist? He's an engineer. Engineer, okay. All right, cool. He's got to. That makes sense. Yeah, that makes total sense. Looking back on it, thank you. One of our friends that came up for the festivities a couple of weeks ago told us that that project hail mary bored him and we're like well We were a little shocked. Yeah, because he's a science and space freak. Yeah. So we told him, go listen to the audio book, read the book. You'll get a lot more out of it. That's the same as with Dungeon Crawler Carl. If you read the book, you're not going to get the same experience as if you listen to the audio book. Because the guy that does the audio book for Dungeon Crawler Carl is amazing. That dude is leapt up into stardom now. And now it's been announced that they're working on a live action and Jeff Hayes is going to be Princess Donut. Yes. Which is the, you know, she's the cat that gained sentience in the series and is Carl's best friend. Yes. This is a regular guy who him and his girlfriend's cat, Princess Donut, get sucked into this game, which is basically the earth just gets turned into like a level based video game. And they have to survive the levels as dungeon crawlers. right so that's where dungeon crawler crawl came from so jeff hayes is the is the audiobook voice that we all associate with princess donut he's actually going to be the the voice in the series because i mean she's a cat so she's going to have to be special effects right so so you recommend the audiobook over the regular book absolutely okay his performance is wonderful I'm on book eight now, which is The Parade of Horribles. It's the last book that's been released now. I haven't finished it. I swear to God, if anybody spoils anything, I'm going to kill you. Don't do that, but I'm on book eight now. I honestly cannot recommend anything more right now. Cool, because I've got my Audible subscription. I have not gotten a book in three months, so I've got three credits. I'm going to start that series then. brock i will warn you okay it is it can be a bit vulgar yeah um it is a bit racy sometimes but these just the scenes that that this guy comes up with in his head to put in this book i mean this let me just give you this this is a small spoiler hey look this last book i just read they were they they cast a spell and it generated a giant meatball with thousands and thousands of dead and undead and live bodies rolling around with a god encased in the middle of them. Okay. Silly absurdness. Just absolutely bonkers level. Like if the... the body pythons, like, you know how they have that really unique sense of humor. That's like out of the, that no one can replicate. Matt Deniman has something with this and it's his humor. And he, I don't know. It's for the sci-fi nerds. It's like, yeah, it's, there is a, there, there is a sentient character who was a sentient goat, who was a goat man named prepatente, who will just randomly, you'll be talking to him and he'll just go, just scream at you. Just the weirdest stuff, man. I highly recommend it. Another thing for you, too, also. Who's the guy that reads audiobooks? I feel bad. Jeff Hayes. He also sounds very similar to Patrick Warburton. As a matter of fact. That plays later into later books. Yes. Patrick Warburton comes in later books and plays his father. Plays Carl's father. So it's like he's got a very slight... Warburton-y accent to his voice? At first he does it, but then I think after everybody kept telling him he sounds like him, he leads into it more as the book series goes along. Well, books two and three, he kind of slacks off of it a little bit because I think that Matt got onto him a little bit because he's like, I don't know about this. And then he just started leaning into it, especially after Patrick Warburton actually came in and played Carl's father in the books. Okay. Oh, my gosh. They're fun to listen to. I have it a hundred percent old, but I've been in the car for car rides with my wife and I've enjoyed every second of it. Yes. You guys are one hundred percent going to see Prepetentes at Dragon Con. You're probably going to hear people getting screamed at like a goat. Oh, I'm sure there's going to be a bass gathering. I've already seen Mike in the group, the Facebook group. So, yeah. And I mean, I mean, I know, I know your opinions on him, but Seth MacFarlane's handling the series. Right. Who? I'm sorry. Seth MacFarlane is handling this, the series. I know, I know. Okay. But of anybody that has the ridiculousness that would be capable of doing that, it's probably going to be him. I'll, uh, I'll give it a shot. Just read the books or listen to the books. Because they're always going to be better than whatever they come up with. They have to change it around. I mean, the books literally start out within the first chapter, he's in the game pretty much. So they're going to have to pad that out with his girlfriend and all kinds of other things to start off. Because they have to spoon feed you a little more with series. Yeah. i'm looking forward to it but yeah if i would love to hear at the very least give the first book a try sure and see and see what you think last time i saw at one point they were they were like giving away the books just to get you hooked on them um and you can do sound booth theater as well too i think they they do the books there but it's exclusively audible yeah i know matt denham and himself he is one of the guests of dragon con this year Oh, is he? Yes. See, see, he's not on our radar. So if he was announced, we didn't, we didn't know. Yeah. You know who, which speaking of the guest list. Yeah. I mean, I'm sure that there's things out there that people are really excited about. Thankfully for my wallet, it looks like we are saving money this year. Brock, I would say, I would recommend, because I can tell you you're probably going to like this, I would recommend if you can swing it, grab a copy of Dungeon Caller Carl and go get him to sign it, if you can do it. Because you're probably going to want to. I'm going to get one, if not for me, for my missus. yeah okay uh i will put that on my list uh to pick up before we go then yeah is jeff hayes gonna be there oh let me pull up the guests that's why you have to discuss here yeah i don't recall i mean i would love to talk i would love to sit down and talk with jeff hayes just how he i don't understand how he can keep all those characters and the voices in his head it is crazy so many characters usually he'll show up around the same places of like large gatherings that that denman does but he's also got his own star power and fandom and stuff now too so okay yeah it was like i said we if i noticed him as a guest he definitely didn't know he's not he's yeah he's not on the list which i mean of course you know he could show up you never know yeah I would recommend it though, Brock, if you can swing it. And if it's not too much out of your way, just go grab his autograph because you'll probably, you'll likely like the book. He might have wished he would have done it later. That's what I'm getting at. It's like, do it now because this is going to, it's big now. It's going to get even bigger when the series comes out. It's going to become massive. Yeah, like, like. Yeah, like up there with some of the established fandoms, I think. It's going to be huge. Pick it up at Barnes & Noble. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Barnes & Noble, Amazon, order one. It's out there everywhere. You might be able to find it at Target on your next Target trip. Okay. Yeah, it's everywhere now. I'll check this week then. Thank you. Just any of the books, really, honestly. Okay. Find. Yeah. I'm just wondering though, I mean, is there still, you know, much like last year or, you know, they pulled Christopher Lloyd out at the last minute and I had to jump on that because I had not had the opportunity to meet Christopher Lloyd. And then he turns around and he's at another con that we go to regularly. So, but yeah, so I, you know, I'm, and I, this is not me, you know, this is me being derogatory or negative. I mean, but you know, thankfully, like I said, thankfully for our wallets and our bank account, that, um, that we're not as, uh, we're, we're not so guest heavy this year, which is, you know, maybe nice. So who knows? Yeah. We're, we're missing one, still missing Melissa Navia from Star Trek, strange new worlds. And they just announced Anson Mount again. So I am hopeful. because melissa backed out one year she's the last signature we need on that season one cast photo yeah are you watching the current season i hadn't started we we are yeah i've heard it's good i've heard it's good this is the last season right no no next season yeah that'll be the last one it's you know they they're they are definitely doing some very interesting episodes of from what they've done in seasons prior. And they're also building on the relationship of Kirk and Spock. Because there will be another series to follow up with this one. Well, we hope. Reboot of Star Trek. There's nothing wrong with that. But this last episode was really good as far as the... that building on that relationship that, you know, what's going to turn into between Kirk and Scott. And, uh, yeah, it's, it's been a great, it's been a good season. So I definitely recommend y'all, um, try to dive back into it. This is a, I gotta get back and watching it. Yeah. It's, it's been some interesting episodes to say the least. So, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Got you. Thank you. It's been good. It's been good. Yeah. Not trying to spoil anything, but, um, yeah. Yeah, I've been hit or miss with the Kurtzman version of Star Trek, but Strange New Worlds is scratching that itch quite nicely. Yeah. I haven't been, I haven't been disappointed. And, you know, like I said, this will be next season will be the final season for that series. So. Yeah, exactly. I'm going to hate to see it go. I really am. Yeah. It's been a, it's been a, and the little, the guy they've got playing Scotty right now. I love him. I love him so much. He's great. Yeah. So we've, we've tried to get back to our, we've, we've been away from it for a couple of weeks now, but you know, we, Brock and I were going back through next gen. Yeah. I've been watching it with the kiddo. We started watching some of it. Brock's excited. He's going to give me on to, he's, he's kind of, he figured out too, that he probably should have tried to intertwine where we're at right now in next gen, trying to intertwine some deep space nine into where we're at at this point. Yeah. Cause it's about the same timeframe. If you're in the later seasons of next gen. Yeah. Yeah. We're in season six and they have introduced on next gen, um, deep space nine. And I was like, Oh, there it is. There it is. We're going to get you in it. Yeah. But then I went back and looked at the, the, the timeframes and all my crap. We're like a few episodes behind where deep space nine starts. Yeah. So the, uh, uh, Julian Bashir at the doctor space and I showed up and I went, uh, yeah, but we've been trying to think, you know, who, who could, who could dragon con get as a guest that is going to, you know, It's not many blow us out of the water. And honestly, it's got to get to where, yeah, it's getting to the point where it's like, I really don't know who else they could. Well, I know for our wrestling fandom, it ain't looking good. Cause Lexington just announced like a ton of wrestlers for them. And I know is all in that same weekend or no all outs that same weekend, I think. Um, no, we have that, but we do have the, uh, I'm not sure. I think so, but we do have the Sunday nights made events. It takes place. That takes place. I think, I think I saw Dan house and he got announced for Lexington. So I think it will be there that Saturday. So yeah, he's going to have a busy weekend. Yeah. Yeah. Which is so weird because every time that we've seen him at conventions, there's been no line for that. I'm so happy for the guy. Yeah. I am too. And he's blown up. I have worried, though, that, you know, I hope they do start pulling back on him a bit. Yeah, less is more. Yeah, they need to pull back on him because, like I said, I'm a huge fan. People are starting to say things. I'm sorry. Yeah, I just don't want people to get tired of him. And then there's blowback on that. His match at SummerSlam was fun. That was good. It was, yeah. No, it was. And they need to use him for the fun but not oversaturate the situation and make people just, you know, Hey, Skylar. Welcome in. Yeah, that's not a bad idea. They can do a small Fanatics Fest over there at State Farm. They can do it in the Congress Center. Yeah. Well, they did Bad Blood. I know that they set up, they had photo ops and things prior to Bad Blood when we went that year. So, you know we're just we're going to test the whole uh day of ticket day of day of prices on that while we're over there so yeah because we'll be going because the dragon con ends on monday we're splitting early that day and coming over to see raw in birmingham yeah that night i cannot wait to see oba's pop oh oh my god tell me about it homecoming for the boy you know yeah so Who knows what might happen that Sunday. Anyway. One thing I was talking with y'all prior to the live stream was it's July. Well, it's August. You know what that means. Halloween decorations are hitting the stores. Again, it's hard for me to... So I was telling Brock earlier tonight that videos of all the decorations being put out in the stores, you know, people are posting their videos of everything's being put out in the stores for Halloween. And these videos are so pleasing. They're aesthetically pleasing for me to watch. And I love seeing it. But at the same time, it's like when we were in target, the fall candles are, I'll be putting out and I'm opening these candles and I'm smelling them. The nice, the nice smells of Halloween and fall. And it's not something degrees outside. So it's, it's so hard for me to, to, to realize that these decorations, I can't get excited yet because it's still not any degrees, but well, it doesn't stop the Christmas people. No, it sure doesn't. But it should. But videos of decorations, of store decorations, are always something that I just continuously watch. And I can never get enough of watching. Me and you are the same there. Yeah. So anyway. I've seen one neat little thing. I wouldn't mind lying that I've seen that popped up at a spirit. They have a fake tombstone from SpongeBob says here. I saw dreams. I thought about you. I thought about you when I saw that. And I was like, should I send this picture to Bo? But Bo already knows about it. Yeah, I saw that, but thank you for thinking of me. Did you guys hear that spirit bought hot topic? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They're going to still like, I think they're going to still operate as three separate entities, but they're still good. They are. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. They're retaining their CEO and everything, and they're going to operate as separate, but it's going to be owned by, uh, was it Spencer? Spencer's spirit. Spencer's own spirit. Yeah. Yeah. Well, y'all know it's called spirit. Spencer is what the company's called. we do already have one spirit store open in alabama right now over at the shops of green river yeah i remember okay so you know that's uh i might be able to stop by and uh peek in there at some point soon so just go take a peek you know go go scope it out too far away from here i might have You're correct. I'm on the other side of this because, I mean, not to get too credibly personal here, we saved that for our members episodes. But I will not be as available this October as I normally am. And having just moved into a new house, it's killing me that I'm not going to be able to do a lot of the Star Wars decorating stuff. or not Star Wars, a Halloween decorating that I do every year. However, it gives me plenty of time to get things set up for next year. That's right. So I'm going to, Jess, if you're doing that, I still want to go and see all the stores and whatnot, but I've been very careful about, like, I don't have enough room right now to buy new Halloween stuff. So we're going to decorate this year, but it won't be anything as elaborate as what I'm going to do next year. Yeah, right now you're pretty convenient to go check out some Halloween decorations over there. Yeah. Well, without giving anything away, you are too, Jess. I know. So I am going to request that you try to... See how the new He-Man power sword that Spirit is selling. Oh, I didn't know that. Yeah. And apparently I'm reading some good, good things about it. So I would like to procure one potentially. Gotcha. Okay. And it's easier for you to get to than me. Yeah, that's true. It'll be. Yeah. In fact, this week, it'll be, it'll be real easy for me to get to. Yeah. This upcoming week. You got me thinking, looking at the holiday things. My big thing for my wife's favorite thing is Target does these little birds for every season or whatever. Yeah. She and the wife both do that. She has almost all of them here. Yeah, we have a majority of them too. I'm just now looking at the fall ones and they're very adorable. I got a little rubber ducky from Target that's like a pumpkin. I grabbed that yesterday. I really like this thing. Thanks, honey. Brock's going to grab my little rubber ducky there. Don't I always? Yeah. Isn't that cute? That was in the little bullseye playground. No, he doesn't squeak. No, he doesn't squeak. But I was like, you know what? I think I need a... This is what I'm talking about. They have these little birds. This is the fall one for this year. These are cute. There's one called Cider. There's Raker, which is covered in leaves, which that might be my favorite. Raker. Yeah. Raker. Well, you like, you like yard work. So it's only, that's why you love it so much. And then here's whip. That's a pumpkin pie themed one. That's those are very cute. Oh, just, just all the mushrooms. Oh yeah. So look at all that. See grandma chic is like making a comeback. Yeah. So hard. My daughter and her roommate just moved into their first apartment by themselves and Dude, we walked in yesterday. They have grandma'd the crap out of their apartment. I love it. Her roommate's got the old rolling top desk with the very hard wooden chair that's got the cushion that's got embroidered. yeah uh flowers and stuff on it yeah yeah they both of these girls benefited from grandma's furniture let's just say that and they yeah but does it smell like mothballs in there no no yeah but we can make that happen um yeah uh my daughter has my mother's bedroom set that was sitting in storage for ten years after she passed and We hauled, another reason we haven't been available in this past month is we hauled all that heavy wooden, real wood furniture upstairs. Two separate times, actually. Oh my gosh. I still have a bruise on my arm from carrying that rolling top desk. And I had to. Yeah, because they decided they want to have an apartment on the second floor. So yay for moving furniture upstairs. Yeah, it's been fun. Darney says, this has been my first summer here working day shift and I can't wait for fall. So if you're working day shift, you're going to get to enjoy some of the night stuff then without having to worry about work. Yeah, that's awesome. Enjoy that fall weather at night. Yeah. Summer brings swamp rear, you know? Yep. Well, we're darn a is a pro ball probably does too. Maybe some parts of winter. Yeah. I don't doubt that. So, Oh man. Y'all, look, I was kind of looking for some stuff. I would like to revisit an old Bama Geek segment, if I may, for just a moment. Okay. I have a southern word. Are you Bama-splaining? I don't know if I ever – I don't ever know if I use this word or not. I don't recall using this word. But I just came across this, and I thought, you know what – Maybe I ought to bring back an old segment. I'll do a dad joke too. Oh, the throwback. This is what your click bait brought you to, you know, throwbacks to the, to the episodes here. So, uh, would y'all like for me to, um, to, to give my Southern word for this episode here? Yes, please. okay i have discovered the southern word piddling so what does piddling mean to occupy oneself with small mostly unnecessary tasks while avoiding the one thing that actually needs doing to move slowly and without urgency usually while somebody else is waiting on you Also to spend an entire afternoon being technically busy while accomplishing almost nothing. And I do have examples. So piddling, piddling in the household context means I asked Harold to sit. I asked Harold to clean out the garage, but he's been out there piddling with a tackle box since breakfast. So in travel context, there's some different context here, by the way, but for travel, um, We could have been in Gulf Shores by noon if your daddy hadn't spent two hours piddling around in the house looking for a phone charger. Okay, so family context. Meemaw said she'd be ready in five minutes, but she's still in there piddling around with her pocketbook and watering a fern. And her dentures. And the last context is retirement context. Oh, God. Gerald retired three years ago and claims he stays busy, but best I can tell, he's mostly piddling. Mm-hmm. That's how I hope it'll be when I'm retired. I've heard around stuff. I've heard piddling where it's been used in enhancement of the word. I've heard piddle farting around. That's, you know, farting around. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So much like, you know, you have lollygagging and dilly daddling, you have piddling. So here you go. Oh, come on. That's the wrong button. Hang on. What? That's a different emotional difference there. You saved that one for when I do dad jokes. You haven't been peddling around too much on the soundboard there. Yeah, I hit the wrong one. I haven't touched that one in a while. Sorry. Oldie but goodie. Southern word. Now, Kevin, you have a dad joke? All right. I got a couple of them. Do you guys want a racy one or do you want some more PG or G or what we want? racing one's not an uncle joke it's not that bad it just it just says it just says it talks about a substance very lightly just hit us man go with it go with it our town legalized pot but banned alcohol the residents are left high and dry all right i got another one for you my wife and i were arguing over the term for a medieval soldier it was getting late though so we called it a night One more for you. One more, one more. All right. What happens if someone slaps you at high frequency? It hurts. I appreciate that one. I'm good, man. I'm good. And I also discovered to something else that I am a, I have, I am actually a statistic for the first time in my life. What? Yeah. So I just like, you know, in scrolling and everything. So there is a article out on one of our Birmingham news stations about, oh crap, I lost it. Give me just a second because this is your... here it is here it is look according to the social security administration approximately three point one million deaths are reported in the united states annually and around ten thousand of those reports are erroneous and must later be corrected i'm in that statistic y'all if you know if you know the history of bama geeks You know that the IRS has determined that she is deceased, what, for at least two years? Yeah, yeah. We made it this year, by the way. She has been resurrected this year. So I'm happy to report I am no longer dead as far as the IRS is concerned. But I was like, oh, dude, look, I can relate to the story. I am part of this statistic. As far as I know, this is the only statistic I've ever been a part of, as far as I know. That's so great, y'all. I mean, I know this is like fascinating information for this podcast. I'm going to save you. I'm going to save you on this one. We're going to back up. I got one more dad joke. All right. Okay. I got kicked out of the nativity play because I kept singing Nickelback. I guess I never made it as a wise man. that's great oh nickelback oh this is what you get with the clickbait episode that's right exactly hey i love it oh man i hope this hasn't been a determined but entertainment as best as we could provide to you this evening yeah it's been a long you know it's Kind of, we've all had a lot going on in this last month. Yep. Yeah. As life does that to each of us. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Oh. Okay. Okay. You guys didn't ask, like, how was Gadsden Collector Con? That's right. Oh, yes. Yes. Absolutely. How was Gadsden Collector Con? So, Kevin, how was Gadsden Collector Con? How'd that go? So, you guys saw, I'm sure that, you know, we shared and you saw the table set up. We tried something a little bit different this time. Got a lot of good traction. I got to sell a lot of good stuff. Definitely made our money back. for sure awesome like like a lot it was amazing because mostly because i sold a lot of a lot of the figures that i've brought this time so um i will say having it as a two-day event masterstroke genius because we were able to set things up friday left everything out they had a policeman in there guarding the place um overnight so no one was going to come in there and steal your pokemon cards or whatever you know unless it was the policeman which i mean yeah But they have a trustworthy person and they're like, you know, hopefully watch it after the place. And we got back in that next morning, literally showed up ten minutes before we started, set, set things up, get everything put back out, took the covers off the things and started selling. Yeah. Nice. Friday was busy. Saturday, of course, was busier. But Friday had its own level of busyness as well. We were selling all kinds of random things there. And it feels like there was a better variety overall of booths there than there have been in years past. And you guys know... they have a halloween event coming up yes yeah so try to make that if you can for everybody um you know wolf's doing a halloween event that's right we want to want to show derek this is going to be a this is going to be a good thing it's not going to be there derek's supposedly derek's got a supposedly you know Don't know if I'm supposed to say this, but he's got a wedding he's supposed to be going to. And I think he's going to miss. But, you know, I definitely want to go to this because, I mean, Wolf's already pulling out all the stops and he's inviting guests and stuff. So it's probably going to be really good. yeah he just announced that one of the guys that played uh michael myers um which halloween it was not nick castle i can tell you resurrection i think yeah okay okay so he's gonna have one of the michael myers actors uh there i did see that he made that announcement so yeah good good good And I've always heard that, you know, so as far as like compared to the January, I mean, I know that this was this was the first time they were doing the two, you know, the Friday night, Saturday night thing. But would you say probably better better crowds in July versus January? It was a different experience because it was two days. Yeah. A little bit. Of course, if you added up both days, yeah, way more, way, way more. But it's not fair to compare because it's two days. But the Saturday comparison, we unfortunately had storms a little bit on Friday. They kind of slowed things down a bit. And I think that some people that were going to come on Saturday were kind of like thinking they didn't want to come because it might storm. Um, so that kind of affected us a little bit, but overall, I think that they did really well, like, like really well. I mean, the, the guests were well received. There were lines. Um, yeah, it was, it was really good and it was really well, I mean, they always put on a good show, right? It was great. They ended up announcing kind of almost so much, almost last minute to the, to the con, but, uh, the banjo boy from deliverance was there. Yeah. He seemed to be enjoying himself too, up on stage and folks coming to see him as well too. So it was, it was a really good event. Um, we actually, I don't have on the show. Um, I think my wife has them downstairs, but we bought two new Legos. There was at one point, um, I didn't even know this, but, uh, the wife's a huge, uh, Wonder Woman fan loves Wonder Woman. Cause you know, she's a picture of femininity and power and whatnot. You know, she's great. Um, I, I was walking around one of the booths, literally the booth, like, you know, where we were set up at the booth, like right over here behind us had a special edition wonder woman that they had done. Like I, like I almost like a diorama had like a whole set behind her and they had the, the, the figure. And I, and I stopped and I took a, you know, walking around, you know, we're taking turns going around and looking at stuff. And I took a picture and she's like, where's that at? I'm like, it's right over here. So I came back over so she could walk and get it. And then she walked back with it. So we've got that. And then we picked it. And of course the, the, the Lego vendor that was there last time that, that always almost always sets up at the back corner was there and had some really good Legos as well too. So we walked, we walked away with two sets. that we're going to put together. Right now, so far as Legos go, we probably have a three-month backlog. Yeah, I feel you on that. Brock can probably beat you on that. Okay, well then let me amend that. Three-month backlog with a place to put it. Well... You definitely got me on that. Well, that made me think on other things with your selling up there. Did you sell any more of your shirts? I didn't bring the shirts this time. But the thing was, I think a lot of people took my idea and ran with it because there were a lot more people with shirts this year. Yeah, because I was thinking, like, I'm about to do a big closet purge, and there's a bunch of shirts I love, but at the same time, I don't wear them that often. I'm like, well, I'd rather them go to a much more appreciated home than just giving it away. Nothing against giving away clothes, but you know what I mean? Yeah, not to get too personal here, but last year, I was giving those away because I couldn't wear them anymore. I can wear them now. that's the problem is i can wear them now so i go through there and i can actually pull them out and have some of these like classic shirts that i can wear because i am a lot smaller than i was last year when we did this yeah which i think that's what wait so i think they announced their weekend for next year i think already for january yeah it's like january yeah yeah jess and i it's october twenty-fourth is their halloween one i would um, we need to check our calendar and make sure we can go January when I definitely want to be back with you for that one. Yeah. The things just this July just tanked. Oh, don't worry. We were able to occupy a whole table on our own. It was, and we had the shelves and everything out front and all. And it was, um, our, our booth and the setup was well received. Our, um, I don't know if you remember last year, but we had some of the fellows from Halocon that had come by who also do a podcast as well that were talking to us and whatnot. So they wanted to make sure I mentioned those guys. I had a good conversation with them about their podcast and what they do and whatnot and just passing stories back and forth. So there seemed to be some pretty good guys. But they were back this year talking with us. So I was like, you only get one of four, unfortunately, but I can tell you everything you need to know. There you go. Yeah. It was fun. It was, it was a very, very good event. We both, you know, of course left exhausted and came home and went back to work, you know, we, well, no, actually we came home that morning and it immediately went to some, some Google birthday party. Some guy that's having a birthday that day. So, I mean, we literally brought, we literally came home that morning. I basically got home unloaded stuff and then went straight up there for you. Oh, well, thank you, man. Yeah, of course. Maybe I want to make you feel guilty. I'm just saying. Why not feel guilty? I had a great time. Yeah, definitely need to get the group back together for, if not the Halloween one, but then the big one again next year. That would be really cool. We'll check our calendar. If we don't set up the sale in October, then we'll definitely come visit that day. If you're listening and if you're anywhere near and you haven't been to Gaston Collective Con, you're actually missing out. It's fantastic. It's a phenomenal event. Wolf and Derek both say that they had to curate and go through different vendors and they turned some people away because there were too many of them. all it takes is just walking around to appreciate just how well they curate. And the vendors, it's not like, I mean, it could very easily, if they just let everybody come in, all the Pokemon card vendors would be there. And that would be the only thing, and it would just be another card con. And that's all that would be there. But they got everything there. It feels like what a dealer room should be at a con. But just a dealer room. you know? Yeah. And it's, it's great. I mean, they're two great guys. They really put a lot of thought into the things that they're doing up there and to make it work. And, you know, I just, I wish them all the continued success and everything they're doing. Like I said, they've, they've had the collector Gaston collector con and they've branched off because of the card phenomenon and having card vendors there. So we've talked to them before and we've mentioned it here. They do a separate event for where it pertains to just cards and things like that. And then the Halloween's coming up. So I, I, you know, I'm really happy to see two good people doing well with something that, that, that, you know, we don't, it's becoming a really good thing for Alabama to have an event like this and, and they're doing it. They're, they're really doing it wonderfully. So, yeah. Absolutely. And we'll have them back on hopefully before Halloween to promote their Halloween con for sure. Well, anything else? I know we've been here an hour. Well, my only passing thoughts is if you go to New Orleans, don't go in late July because it's like walking around in suits. Even worse than here? Yes. We had a good time down there, but I swear it was like walking around in pea soup. How are the mosquitoes? No mosquitoes. What? But we were in the downtown city area. I was about to say, if they're there, I could find them. Yeah, but that's just my word of knowledge. If you visit New Orleans, late July is not a really good temperature time. I have to agree with you on that. Picking Alabama is not a good time. It's not much better either, but that was a different type of humidity I did not know was possible. Because every time I've been to New Orleans, it's been like January, so I really hadn't got a good heat. Yeah. Yeah. i was talking to a co-worker that was thinking about coming and visiting alabama and i was like before you make plans first off let me know when you're coming because i can tell you whether or not it's a good idea or not Right. Come in the fall, but not fall's fall. Yeah. Real fall. The one that we have for early November, early to mid November. Yeah. The two weeks in November. Yeah. The one that's nestled between, um, what we've got now and, and tornado season again. Yes. Yes. And even that's still questionable. I don't really know when we have fall around here. Cause sometimes we go straight from spring-ish to then we're cold. So yeah, I don't really know. This past week has been like a false fall a little bit where it's been like mother nature going. Yeah. We're going to cool it down a little bit. Just smack you right in the face again. We're not done sweating. Oh no. No, it's August. I know better. Yeah. October is when we'll still be sweating in October. Yeah. so what kevin are you you mean you're talking about you know that drop from you know ninety nine degrees to ninety two yeah yeah is that what you're talking about let's be fair last week there were some times when it was in like the eighties we were still in the it was the eighties and there was just a very light breeze and i was like this is a false fall a hundred percent i know what's going on mother nature is playing with us and then sure enough bam right back to it it was like and you're saying that even in the eighty eight in the eighty degree weather you know false we're praying for eighty degrees you know like like mid eighties you know we're up here because the thing is is anybody that doesn't live around i mean you know darnay's gonna know about this but you know because he's in florida but you know like anybody that doesn't live around knows that you know it could be ninety degrees but because the humidity it feels like it's a hundred and seven yeah yeah absolutely um oh alabama darnay has a question about halloween horror nights not sure we have not made plans for that yet um would not mind naturally do not know if it's gonna happen because uh we've got a wedding coming up Uh, next, next summer, my daughter's getting married. Uh, we've got, uh, we got a lot coming up. We got a lot of things coming up that, um, some things that we typically do on an annual basis are in jeopardy this after this year. Yeah. You know, speaking of Halloween Horror Nights, I don't know how much you guys keep up with it. I got some co-workers that work at Cedar Point in Ohio, which is like, it's up there with like the level, well, it's not quite Disney, but it's up there. They just opened, they just announced that the first Halloween, they've got their horror, whatever, Halloween thing. First thing they're doing is a Diablo themed one. Like Diablo video game. Wow. Yes. All the big stuff. Now, if they get into video game territory and they go into dead space, they may get my money. They might get my money. This is officially sponsored and officially sanctioned by Blizzard. This is not like they're just doing this on their own. They actually got official. You look at the website, it's official logo, everything. nice yeah that's what i'm talking about i have a co-worker that he's like a horror video game half months and i haven't been able to say anything and i'm like well that's fine but i'm glad that we're learning now because the trailer that they put out for it it looks i mean they show of course they show lilith in it huge because she's like the big draw yeah but i mean icon but yeah it's it's gonna be a walkthrough haunted house thing where you get to go and experience diablo oh my god wow okay that'd be fun oh man so goodness yeah so the the ohio will have that i'm not sure it's not nearly as cool as what you what's going on down in florida but you know yeah you never know never know i've heard all kinds of stuff so yeah yeah so darn darn a we'll let you know if we do um Right now, probably don't bank on it. There's so much stuff coming. Next year is going to drain us financially. For a lot of reasons. A lot of reasons. I mean, we're already currently being drained preparing for next year with the wedding and then trying to buy a new house and everything else. It's... It's going to be rough the next... So we're going to do it on the twenty second. be like saturday night live you know well it'll be saturday night it'll be live yeah saturday not live i think we're funnier than saturday not live currently well currently currently yes um anyway yeah i have my feelings on when you know what saturday night live seasons were the best so yeah yeah it's been a while I keep finding good dad jokes. Can we end this on that? Let's end it on the dad joke, man. You guys are ready. We're going to end this on a dad joke. All right. So my dad was a conjoined twin. We refer to him as my uncle on my father's side. don't worry though don't worry they were surgically they were surgically separated so now he's my uncle once removed that's great that's a good one to end on that's fantastic So with that, we're going to separate ourselves from you. We thank you so much for joining us on this stream. Again, Saturday night, the twenty second. Same time. We're going to plan on eight o'clock central.
